I always try to find local names to incorporate, even if they don’t provide as much funding as the big guys.

And I usually go to Zillow to do a local review of the mortgage companies in each state.

One of our local lenders, Stockton Mortgage, has a 4.92/5 rating based on over 150 customer reviews on Zillow, which isn’t too bad.

The most highly reviewed Kentucky lender on Zillow is Gold Financial Services, which has a 4.99/5 based on nearly 500 reviews.
