The University of Miami Stamps Scholarship is awarded annually to outstanding undergraduate students who have completed high school.
Stamps Scholars are awarded a qualification equivalent to full tuition. (tuition, housing, $12,000 stipend, laptop) for four years of undergraduate study.

- Meet the requirements for the program for which you are applying.
- Demonstrate outstanding academic ability in your application.
to maintain scholarship
- Stamps Scholar must complete a full-time undergraduate program of study with a minimum of 12 credits each fall and spring semester for a minimum of 24 credits per academic year.
- Miami University is required to maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 for the academic year. The preliminary calculation is made at the end of the second semester of study.
- Such awards may be modified to accommodate grants, scholarships, or prepaid tuition. and/or housing assistance which was not expected at the time of award.

- Semi-finalist applicants selected for the Stamps Scholarship will be required to write a short response to a pre-determined essay prompt.
- Finalists will be selected based on a review of applicants’ applications and supporting documents. Includes responses to predefined essay prompts.
- Winners will be notified of their status as finalists at the time of application in late January.
- Finalists will then be interviewed by the Family Stamps Charitable Foundation. And Stamps scholarship announcements will be made by early March.
