Overview of GAP return policy
If you would like to request a refund for returning an item to GAP, please ensure that the item is in its original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund.
Damaged products can be returned at any time. The swimsuit must have the original price tag and complete sanitary lining. Refunds require proof of purchase. Therefore, include the invoice that was mailed with your item.
There is no cost to return products to GAP. You can return products for free, and you have 45 days from the date of purchase to return your products. You can return items in store as long as your items are not marked as ‘Send by post only’

How to return merchandise by mail to GAP
Have the invoice ready to add to your package and follow the interactive return process. In this step, you can create a pre-printed UPS or USPS label and attach it to the box.
Pack your item securely in the original packaging or appropriate box. and include your invoice with the product inside. Apply a shipping label and make sure the reusable package doesn’t have any other old labels on the box, and you’re ready to ship.
If you choose a USPS label, drop off the package at a USPS post office or, if you choose UPS, drop off at an approved UPS store.
GAP return and refund statement
You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to return merchandise purchased online according to the conditions set forth in this Returns & Exchanges section.
You will receive a full refund for undamaged items returned to you via credit card or online credit. It depends on the method of purchase.
You will then receive an email confirming your return once it is complete.

Refund process
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase. Except for orders paid with cash on delivery. The refund will be processed by crediting you with online credit. It is not cash that can be used for future online purchases.
Purchasing with a bank card (Credit/Debit) will be refunded from bank card. (Credit/Debit) used for the first purchase
They should appear on your credit card within 3-5 business days, depending on your card provider. Online credit will be displayed immediately upon refund confirmation.
In the case of purchasing products using online card and credit payments. It first refunds the Amber points spent, then it returns the online credit spent. We will then refund the bank card to the extent there is any remaining amount.

General conditions applicable to all returns and exchanges.
To be eligible to receive a refund online All products (including promotional gift items included with an order) must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order in the following shape:
- Unaltered, unused, and in perfect salable condition. (or the condition received by us or our representatives) the shoes must not be damaged in any way.

Gift products can be returned by calling the call center. Only if a gift receipt is received.
Any Amber Points accrued from buybacks will be deducted from your Amber account. Points will be accumulated from replacement products, if any.
